The reserve has 4-season viz., winter, spring, summer and monsoon. The months of December and January are fairly cold and misty with occasional frost. During winter, temperature ranges from 10 to 12o C. In February and March, it gradually rises upto 22 o to 25o C. In the pre-monsoon period i.e. April-June, temperatures range from 30o to 32o C reaching as high as 42o C with increasing humidity.
